How Our Soap Is Made

We use “cold” process soap making. It means that we use only low temperature to make our soaps. It is much better than the “hot” process, because all the nutrients and minerals are not burned during the process.

Process: All the Plant Oils and Butters are blended together, melted and heated to the certain temperature. Then we add Fresh Goat Milk, *Lye, Distilled water if needed, scent (we use essential oils and fragrances), herbs and other additives (like fresh fruits, vegetables, coffee, oatmeal, honey). Mix all together at low temperature. Pour the soap into the mold, design and decorate it and let it sit until next day. Next day we hand cut the soap and place it onto the drying racks. The soap dries approximately 6 weeks. Longer the soap dries, longer it lasts.

Our Body Soaps contain these base oils: Olive Oil, *Organic Sustainable Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Unrefined Shea Butter, Organic Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E.

*Lye is added to the soap during making process. It avaporates within a few days and is not contained in finished product.

*Organic Sustainable Palm Oil - we purchase only from vendors who are members of the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil, also known as the RSPO.

They are very bubbly and creamy because of milk.

I hope you will enjoy our products as much as we do!
